I'm a Business Operations Strategist, or, as I introduced myself long before it was a job title, the keeper of the details.
Fifteen-plus years in business, a Master's in Business Management with a focus on systems design, and five years spent exclusively inside the online business world taught me the same lesson over and over: the founders doing the best work are almost never the ones with the cleanest operation. They're too busy doing the work to build the machine around it.
I build the machine. You keep doing the work only you can do.
And yes, I'll do it sharp, buttoned-up, and completely on top of your business. But I'll also do it as someone who reads almost exclusively gothic fiction and true crime, considers live music non-negotiable oxygen, and shows up exactly as herself, current hair color included. Composed where it counts. Entirely me everywhere else. That's not a personality quirk, it's how I build trust fast enough to actually be useful to you.
