I have always marched to the beat of my own ukelele, so it tracks that I spent years feeling like I didn’t belong at my corporate jobs.

I never understood why having a personality AND being a skilled professional couldn’t go hand-in-hand.

I had to make my own rules (and business) to find my place, and like a good mullet, I’m all business in front and all party in the back.

I believe in being perfectly yourself (well, besides my hair color du jour, of course), because it encourages everyone else to do the same, and that builds relationships. Your business is only as healthy as your network. Listen to Rihanna. Shine bright like a diamond.

Adaptablity:
Annoying truth: your business model will eventually be outdated. I want to help you be self-aware and able keep it movin’ so that we’re always on the forefront of ‘smarter, not harder’. Roll with the homies, the punches, take your pick.
